I’m a PhD student within entrepreneurship from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg. I’m currently conducting research on Swedish business incubation initiatives in Uganda, South Africa and Botswana. On the 24th of October this year I'm coming to Cape Town to meet entrepreneurs and other people involved in entrepreneurial initiatives such as Afriveristy. My idea is to compare Afriversity with other initiatives in Uganda and Botswana to understand more about how entrepreneurs experience those initiatives.
When I’m not pursuing my PhD, I also work as the school manager (responsible for the running operations) at a masters education in entrepreneurship focused on life science called Göteborg International Bioscience Business School (GIBBS).I have previously had my own start-up company in Sweden and also worked for the UN in Ethiopia.
I'm very interested in talking to entreprenurs within any field who are connected to Afriveristy and if you think it would be interesting to talk to me I wonder if you have time to meet me at some point during my short stay (Oct 24 to Oct 28). I hope we can share ideas and experiences about entreprenurship.
